Infelizmente não recebi feedback referente a uma mensagem que enviei a vocês ano passado.

Esta postura não me surpreende uma vez que as empresas de varejo possuem a péssima reputação de não prestar retorno a comentários e solicitações feitas por seus clientes através da Internet. É uma pena, pois uma vez que existe um portal na rede mundial e a possibilidade de entrar em contato com a rede corporativa ou o estabelecimento, o cliente anseia ser ouvido e respondido.

Enfim, havia indicado diversos pontos de falhas, melhorias e sugestões, agora estou passando somente para cobrar o serviço delivery :)
